What to Expect

Ron and his staff will provide the professional expertise and guidance you need. You will have the confidence in knowing that you have an attorney who is a good listener. Your estate plan will be properly drafted so that your wishes for the distribution of your estate can be carried out as you intended. We can be your advocate if you need representation as the beneficiary of a Trust or Will. We can also act as a neutral third party in the mediation of disputes involving trust administration, other estate planning issues, business law or real estate.

Office Visits and Fees

If you wish to discuss estate planning with us, the initial office conference is complimentary. When you have decided upon an estate plan, we will be able to quote you a flat fee for the preparation and drafting of all necessary documentation. In the area of business law, entities such as corporations and LLCs can typically be established for a flat fee as well. For other estate planning, real estate and business matters, Ron charges an hourly rate.

Review of Existing Estate Plan

We are also available to review your existing estate plan and to recommend changes or to conclude that your existing plan already meets your needs. It is important that your estate plan be understandable to you and your heirs. You want the comfort in knowing that your estate plan will be easily implemented in the future.
