Experienced California Estate Planning Attorney
• Living Trusts
• Trust Administration
During our lives, we work hard to generate wealth to support ourselves and our families, to educate our children, to fund retirement, and for other important needs. It is vital to consult with an experienced California estate planning attorney to plan a smooth transfer
of your assets to your spouse, children, other family members, charities or other heirs.
Attorney Aaron (“Ron”) Kamins has been assisting Bay Area clients in developing sensible estate plans for over 30 years.
A Common Sense Approach to Estate Planning
You will have the peace of mind in knowing that you are working with an attorney who pays attention to your needs. We use a common sense approach to help you implement an estate plan that is efficient and workable. You will work personally with Ron Kamins, who helps to create estate plans which avoid the lengthy and costly probate process.
The Estate Planning Process
Because you will be working directly with Ron, the estate planning process will be personal, efficient and easy to understand. Typically, you will have a complimentary initial conference with Ron. After determining the nature of the plan to be drafted, a flat fee will be quoted. This fee will include all attorney fees and out of pocket costs, such as recording fees for real estate deeds. You will then return to the office a short time later to review and sign all estate planning documents and to ensure that all your questions and concerns have been adequately addressed.
As part of his estate planning practice, Ron has also been assisting surviving spouses, children, other family members and heirs in settling estates after a death, either through the administration of a Living Trust or probate proceedings. It is important to have professional help to guide you through this difficult process.
Other Areas of Practice
If you are a beneficiary under a Will or Trust established by someone who has recently died, Ron can also represent your interests to make sure that you are being treated fairly in the disclosure of information as well as the distribution of the estate. If you go to our Areas of Practice page, you will see more information about trusts and how we can also assist you with your real estate and business matters.
